If there is very little water left or completely finished then this is not a suitable land. It shows that there are no or negligible water resources below Earth and the land is dry. Land that is having very low water resources is not considered suitable for construction as per Vastu and it blocks the growth of the residents. Residents may get into troubles on living in such land so it should be discarded.
